The Felony DUI Court is a court supervised treatment program afforded to defendants who have committed at least three DUI offenses within a period of seven years. Participants complete a three to five year substance use program in lieu of a one to six year prison sentence. The program offers substance use counseling, random drug/alcohol testing and court supervision of program compliance. Successful completion of the program will result in the Felony DUI charge being reduced to a second offense misdemeanor DUI conviction.
